Atta Laddu
Ingredients
- Atta(Wheat flour)-1 cup
- sugar powder-1 cup
- Ghee-1/2 cup
- Grated raw coconut-2 Tb spoons
- Milk-Boiled -for making laddu (Approximately 1/4 cup)
- Kaaju-for garnish
Method
- Grind sugar in to powder a keep a side
- Heat Kadai and melt ghee fry kaju & keep a side.
- Fry Wheat flour for 5 minutes on low flame, until raw flavour goes off.
- Fry raw coconut for 2 mints.
- Take a bowl and add Atta and sugar, Coconut and mix well and add milk little by little and make laddu and garnish with kaju and serve.
- You can make laddu's with ghee also.
- Milk atta laddu's are good for 1 day, ghee laddu's are good for 1 Week.
- Try this instant Atta laddu.
