How to cook Easy Colacasia Brinjal Curry (చేమదుంపల కూర)


 
Colacasia & Brinjal Curry (చేమదుంపల కూర)

Ingredients:

·         Colacasia Pieces – ¼ kg

·         Brinjal pieces – ¼ kg

·         Tomato – 2 Nos (chopped)

·         Tamarind juice – 2 tb spoons

·         Turmeric Powder – ¼ T Spoon

·         Mustard seeds -  ¼ T spoon

·         Red Chilli Powder – 2 T Spoons

·         Salt – per Taste

·         Sun Flower Oil – 2 Tb Spoons

·         Green Chillies – 4 Nos

·         Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tb Spoons

·         Onions – 1 Big

·         Coriander Leaves – 2 cloves

·         Curry Leaves – 2 Cloves

Preparation /Method

·         Wash the colacasia pieces thoroughly

·         Wash the Brinjal pieces

·         Take the Pan and pour 2 Tb spoons Oil and heat till bubble comes

·         Place the Finely chopped onions in to the kadai and heat till gold colour

·         Place the colacasia pieces and fry it till colour changes

·         Place the Brinjal pieces in to the kadai and fry it till it loses hardness

·         Add turmeric powder and mix well till all the pieces becomes yellow colour cover the kadai with some plate and cook for 5 minutes

·         Add red chilli powder and mix and cover the plate and cook for another 3 minutes

·         Add our secret recipe tamarind juice for delicious juice.

·         Add salt as per the taste and cover with plate

·         Add some curry leaves and coriander leaves for taste and cook for 5 minutes

·         Now our combinational curry ready for serving
