Ingredients for Dosa Batter Preparation.
1 Cup Urad dal ,
2 cups rice
,
2 sp cooked
rice ,
1 sp jeera
..
Oil or Ghee
for Spraying
Ingredients for Masala 1:-
Tomato -1,
Garlic
cloves -4,
Ginger
small piece,
Red
chillies -5 .
Preparation
of masala:-Fry
tomato pieces and red chillies and cloves and Ginger seperatly and
grind well in Mixer and kept a
side .
Ingredients for Masala 2:-
Onion-1,
Mustered
seeds-1 sp,
3 sp of
Oil,
Curry
leaves -2 spns,
Green
chilliys-4,
Jerra -1
sp,
Ginger
Small,
3 Potatoes
boiled and mashed .
Method of preparation of masala 2 .
Grind Green
chilly and jeera and Ginger and Grind well and kept a side .
Take a pan
add 3 sp of oil and and allow to heat
for 1 min and place Mustered seeds and Crackle them and add onion pieces and green
chilly paste and fry for until they turn
brown color. Add pinch of Turmeric and stir well and close the Lid.
Lastly add
Mashed Potato and add little Rd chilly Powder and and curry leaves and kept a
side for , further use.
Method of Preparation Of Double Masala
Dosa :-
1.Soak Urad
dal and rice separately for 5 hours and grind them well and in the middle of grinding
add 2 sp cooked rice and jeera and grind well like some what Dosa Batter Consistency.
2. Allow to
Ferment for ½ Day .Next Day Morning the Batter will ba used as Dosa
preparation.
3.Before
Going to Cook Dosa add 1 sp of Spoon Sugar and keep for 5 mins ,the Sugar will Bring the
brown color to Dosa.
4. Take a
Pan Add Dosa Batter on it and Spread
like Dosa and Spread first masala that is
Tomato Masala Over Dosa and after Spread Potato Masala or place at
Middle Of Dosa and Spread oil Over it
and Fry for 2 mins ,and place a lid .
5. Remember
that Only Fry the Dosa One side and Close The Dosa all sides and take ou of pan
and Placed in a Serving Plate .
6.Eat this
delicious Dosa with or With out Chutney.
