How to Make Easy Spicy Amlette Andhra Village Style
Ingredients

Eggs – 1 No
·
Chopped Onions: ½ of Small
·
Green Chillies: 1 Nos
·
Curry Leaves: 4 Leaves
·
Red Chilli Powder – 1 t Spoon
·
Dry Prawns : 100 gms
·
Salt: Tasty
·
Black Pepper Powder – 1 Pinch
·
Turmeric Powder: Pinch
·
Sun Flower Oil : 1 Tb Spoon
·
Coriander Leaves: 2 Leaves
·
Aluminium Amlette Making Pan
Method/Preparation
·
Cut the Onion in to Small Pieces (as small as
possible not too small)
·
Chop the Curry Leaves and Coriander leaves
·
Chop green chillies in to pieces.
·
Take a plastic small bowl
·
Break the egg and pour in to bowl.
·
Mix well with the spoon until turns in to yellow
colour (no liquid colour shall shown)
·
Now critical step is take another bowl and mix
the Onions, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves, red chilli
powder , black pepper powder and mix with Hand (Please
use hand only so that the red chilli powder and turmeric powder sticks well to
the ingredients)

Now add the Egg Yolk to the above mixture and
stir well
·
Lighten the burner and keep the aluminium Pan
and heat well
·
You can check the heat by spraying some water on
the heated pan
·
Add 1 T Spoon Oil and heat
·
Now Pour the Amlette mixture and expand as big
as possible (not too expansion it will breaks)
·
Now carefully turn when one side turns in to
gold colour
·
Also another side shall be up to gold colour
·
Now take out the tasty spicy village style
Amlette ready to serve Hot
Tasty Tip: Eat the Amlette with Rice and Rasam then it will
tastes more than anything and you will just love it.
