Ingredients
Gulab Jamun Packet : 50 Grms
Sugar : 1 Kg
Water : 1 Ltr
Oil For Deep Fry
Elaichi Powder: 1 Tb Spoon
Preparation:
- Take a Bowl and Add the WHole Packet Powder to the Bowl
- Mix By Adding Sufficient Water to it and Please take care that the Dough Must Be Smooth (Tight well Mixed)
- Prepare a Round Dough Balls (Must Small In Size Because While Fry it will double of the Size
- and Fry Until It Reaches Gold Color
- Preparation of the Juice (Sugar Liquid)
- Take a Pan and Add Water and Heat well and Add Sugar and Mix Well and Cook Until IT was Sticky
- Now Drop All Fry Balls to the Sugar Liquid and Soak For 10 Minutes
- THAT'S IT JUICY GULAB JAMUN READY TO SERVE
