Preparation of Andhra Gavvalu
Preparation:
- Place the Kadai on the stove and heat
- Add the Solid State Dalda to the Kadai and Heat Till it Becomes Liquid like Oil
- Add the Dalda to the Mixture of Mailda and Suji (Ravva)
- Add 1 Cup of Water and Mix Well
- Make Smooth Dough by Pressing Hardly against
- Take Small Quantity of Dough and Make Smooth Round Balls
- Now Press the Dough Balls against the Gavva Maker
- Now Repeat the Above the Gavva Making Step and Make the Gavvalu
- Place the Deep Kadai on the Stove and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Hear Till Bubbles
- Now Fry the Gavvalu Until Gold Colour
- That’s it Andhra Special Gavvalu Ready to Serve
