Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients: 

  • Eggs-2
  • Besan-4 T spoons
  • Rice Flour-1 T spoon
  • Salt-tasty
  • Tomato-1
  • Onion-1
  • Greenchilli-2
  • Curry leaves and cilantro-3 bunches
  • Ghee-2 Tb spoons
  • Turmeric -pinch
  • Cumin-1/2 T spoon
  • Pepper powder-Pinch
  • Coking soda-pinch
  • Water-2 Tb spoons



Method 

  • Chop Onion, Green chilli, Tomato and add in a Bowl.
  • Add Curry leaves and Cilantro and salt and Pepper powder and Mix well.
  • Keep Aside.
  • Take a Bowl and add Besan, Rice flour, Eggs and mix well add Salt and Turmeric, Cooking Soda and 2 Tb spoons water and Beat well without Lumps.
  • Heat Tawa and melt ghee our Egg mixture and Spread.
  • Place vegetable mixture and press with Spatula.
  • Cook on Medium flame for 5 mints, Omelette will moves on Tawa.
  • Turn and cook on Low flame.
  • Serve Hot.
  • You Can add Any Vegetable For Your Choice.

Precautions:

  • Mix batter without lumps
  • Chop Vegetables very Thin and small.
  • Fry with ghee or Oil.
