Atta Laddu


Ingredients 

  • Atta(Wheat flour)-1 cup
  • sugar powder-1 cup
  • Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Grated raw coconut-2 Tb spoons
  • Milk-Boiled -for making laddu (Approximately 1/4 cup)
  • Kaaju-for garnish

Method 

  • Grind sugar in to powder a  keep a side
  • Heat Kadai and melt ghee fry kaju & keep a side.
  • Fry Wheat flour for 5 minutes on low flame, until raw flavour goes off.
  • Fry raw coconut for 2 mints.
  • Take a bowl and add Atta and sugar, Coconut and mix well and add milk little by little and make laddu and garnish with kaju and serve.
  • You can make laddu's with ghee also.
  • Milk atta laddu's are good for 1 day, ghee laddu's are good for 1 Week.
  • Try this instant Atta laddu.
