Desi Murgh Masala Curry


Ingredients: 

  • Desi Murgh-1 Kg
  • Onion-1
  • Greenchilli-5
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 Tb spoon
  • Red chilli powder-1 Tb spoon
  • salt-tasty
  • Turmeric powder-pinch
  • Oil-3 Tb spoons
  • Cashew nuts-15
  • Garam  masala powder-2 T spoons
  • Cilantro-2 bunches
  • Curry leaves-1 Bunch
  • Lemon-1

Preparations:


  • Cut Desi Murgh Pieces in your choice, wash with Turmeric, salt and 1 Lemon juice for 2-3 times.
  • Wash in Running water 2 times and keep a side.
  • Cut Onions in to small pieces and Slice Green chilli, Make Ginger garlic paste and Garam masala powder.
  • Make Ready Cooker For Cooking Curry.

Cooking: 

  • Lighten the Stove, Place a Cooker on Stove and Heat Oil for 1 mint, and add Onion, green chilli and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Fry Cashew nuts, curry leaves and Add Ginger garlic paste and Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add Murgh Pieces and mix well and add water for Gravy, and cook for 10 minutes on High flame, water present in the Curry will comes out.
  • Now add Turmeric and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add Salt and Cook for 2 mints
  • Then Add Red chilli powder and close the lid and cook for 4 Whistles on medium flame.
  • After Cooling Release the gas and open the lid and oil was place on the curry, already 90% Curry was ready.
  • Again lighten the flame and place cooker on Stove, Cook until gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with Cilantro and Serve hot with Rice, Roti, Pulao and Biryani.
  • It can be cook in Kadai also But It will take too much time than In Cooker.
  • In Cooker the curry was soft and Tasty.
