Drumstick Tomato Curry


Ingredients:

  • Drumsticks-3
  • Tomato-5
  • Tamarind Paste-1 T spoon
  • Red chilli powder-2 T spoons
  • Turmeric-Pinch
  • Salt-Tasty
  • Seasoning ingredients-1/2 T spoon
  • Oil-2 Tb spoons
  • Curry leaves-2 bunches
  • Onions-3
  • Green chilli-3

Method 

  • Cut Drumsticks in to 3 inch pieces and Peel The outer layer, Chop Onions, Green chilli, cut Tomato in to Big Pieces.
  • Lighten the flame and heat Kadai, Heat Oil & Crackle Seasoning Ingredients.
  • Add Onion, green chilli fry for 2 minutes, add Drumstick pieces and fry for 5 mints.
  • Add Tomato and Saute for 5 minutes by closing a Lid.
  • Add Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Salt and mix well and Fry for 2 minutes, add water for Gravy and cook on Low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add Tamarind juice if you want, Add Curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the Stove and Serve the Curry.
  • Very Delicious Andhra Special Mulakkada Tomato Kura Ready to Serve.
  • Serve Hot with Rice.
  • The Curry should be Some Juicy Consistency.
