Mint Sev



Mint Sev is Special & Healthy Evening snack Item, made from Mint leaves with Besan flour also it was Very Tasty and Mint flavoured.
It can be made Very Easy, can be stores up to 1 month Today i am going to explain How to Make Mint Sev.

Ingredients: 

  • Mint-1 Bundle
  • Besan-100 Grams
  • Rice flour-1 Tb spoon
  • Salt-Tasty
  • Green chilli-3
  • Oil-For Deep fry
  • Green Food colour-pinch

 Method:


  • Pluck Mint leaves from stems and keep a side and Add in a mixer jar with Green chilli and add little Water and Grind well.
  • Take a bowl Add Besan, Rice flour, salt and food colour mix well,  Keep Filter on a Bowl and  make filter the Mint Juice and  mix well  in to smooth  dough.
  • Heat oil for Deep Fry.
  • Take Sev Press and take small hole plate and grease oil in that add Batter and press round in hot Oil.
  • Cook on high flame, turn and fry until crispy.
  • Take out in paper napkin plate.
  • Good for 1 month in Air tight Box.
  • Serve as Evening snack Mint Sev is a Healthy and tasty Snack.
