Ingredeints;
- Puffed rice-1 cup
- Chopped cucumber-2 Tb spoons
- Onion- Chopped -2 Tb spoons
- Greenchilli-1 Chopped
- Tomato-2
- Tamarind paste-2 T spoons
- Ginger garlic chopped pieces-2 T spoons
- Pepper powder-pinch
- Salt-1/2 T spoon
- Cilantro-5 bunches
- Corn flakes-2 Tb spoons
- lemon-1/2
Method
- Take a Bowl and Add Puffed rice and add all chopped
ingredients and add pepper powder and salt and Tamarind paste and mix well.
- Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
- Add corn flakes and mix well and serve as Evening snack.
