Amla Rice
Ingredients:
Amla – 10 Nos
Amla Paste – 1 Cup
Cooked Rice – ½ Cup
Fried Ground nuts – 1 Tb Spoon
Curry Leaves – 2 Bunches
Mustard seeds – 1 T Spoon
Chena Dal – 1 T Spoon
Urad Dal – 1 T Spoon
Dry Red Chillies – 3 Nos
Salt – Tasty
Oil – 2 Tb Spoons
Turmeric Powder – Pinch
Method:
Cut the Amla in to pieces avoid the
seeds from amla and add to the mixer Jar along with the green chillies and ½
inch size Ginger make a fine paste (this is called Amla Masala Paste) do not
add water while making this paste.
Turn on the Stove and add the kadai,
mustard seeds, Fry urad dal, Chena dal, ground nuts and fry dry red chillies
and curry leaves fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame then add turmeric powder
add amla masala paste and fry for 5 minutes then cooked Rice fry for
another 5 minutes
The Amla Rice is ready to serve.
