Sesame Seeds Chicken Fry |
Ingredients
- Chicken : 250 Grams
- Capsicum: 1 No
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 T Spns
- Sesame Seeds: 2 Tb Spns
- Sesame Oil: 1 Tb Spn
- Oil: 2 Tb Spns (For Deep Fry)
- Onions: 1 No
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 T Spn
- Green Chilli's: 3 Nos (Finely Chopped)
- Corn Flour: 2 t Spns
- Soya Sauce: 2 T Spns
Preparation/Method
- Marinating the chicken
- Take a Bowl, add Chicken, Add Corn Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce, Finely Chopped Green Chillies, Mix well and Keep it in a refrigerator for a minimum of 4 Hours
- Keep the Pan on the stove and add Sesame Oil & Sun Flower oil after Heat add the Marinated chicken pieces and fry for 5 to 10 Minutes then Chicken Pieces keep a side.
- Take the Pan and add Capsicum Pieces fry for few seconds then add Chopped Onions fry for another few seconds
- Now add Already Fried Chicken Pieces and fry for 5 to 10 Minutes
- Spread/Spray the Fried Sesame seeds to the chicken
- Off the Stove and separate the pieces and take out in to a plane plate
- that's it your tasty and easy sesame seeds chicken ready to serve hot....
