Andhra Challa Guttulu (చల్ల గుత్తులు) (Snack Item)
Ingredients:
Maida-1 cup(1/4 Kg)
Sugar-1/2 kg
water-200 ml
Egg-1
Oil-For deep fry
Method:
- Mix Maida & Egg and sugar water to smooth consistency.
- Heat Oil for Deep fry.
- Heat challagutti maker in oil and dip in Batter and drop in hot oil.
- Remove with spoon and fry until gold color and serve
- Good for 1 month .
