INGREDIENTS:
Colacasia-1/4 kgRedchilli powder-1 T spn
Turmeric powder-1/2 T spn
Salt-Tasty
Oil-2 Tb spoons
Temper ingredients:
Mustured seeds-1 T spnUrad dal-1/2 T spn
Chena dal-1/2 T spn
Cumin -1/2 T spn
Red dry Chilli-2
Curry leaves-2 bunches.
Method:
1.Boil Colacasia with turmeric and salt,don't cook over and peel and cut in to pieces.2.Heat oil for Seasoning Fry all Temper ingredients and add Colacasia pieces.
3.Fry for 5 mints and add Redchilli powder and salt tasty and fry on sym for 5 mints.
4.Serve hot with Steamed Rice.
