Simple Masala Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken 1/4 Kg
- Coriander leaves - 2 Bunches
- Green Chilies - 3 Nos
- Onions - 1 No
- Red Chilly Powder - 2 Tb Spoons
- Oil - for Deep Fry
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 T Spns
- Coriander Powder - 2 T Spns
- Poppy Seeds - 1/2 T Spns
- Raw Coconut Pieces - 1 Slice
- Turmeric Powder - 1 TSpn
- Lemon Juice - 1 Slice
- Black Pepper - 1 T Sp
Preparation/Method
Marinating the Chicken
- Take Bowl
- add Turmeric Powder
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste
- Add Salt
- Add Coriander Powder Mix Well and Marinate for 1/2 Hour to 1 Hour
Coconut Masala Chicken Fry Preparation
- Take a Non Stick Pan and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Fry the Marinated Chicken Pieces for 5 Minutes on High Flame
- take out the Fried Chicken Pieces from Pan
- Remove the oil from the Pan
- Take the PAN and Add Oil and Add the Onions and Fry for 3 Minutes until turns to Gold Color
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves and Mix well
- Add Chicken and Fry for another 5 Minutes
