Easy & Tasty Capsicum Masala Chicken Curry



Ingredients:

  • Green Cardamom - 3 nos
  • Cinnamon - 2 Nos
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 T Spn
  • Salt - Tasty
  • Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tb Spns
  • Onions - 2 Nos
  • Garlic - 5 Nos
  • Chicken - 1/4 Kg
  • Curry Leaves - 2 Bunches
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 Bunches
  • Chopped Capcicum - 1/4 
  • Tomatoes - 2 Nos
  • Ginger - 2 Small
  • Oil - 2 Tb Spns
Method / Preparation

Tomato Masala Paste Preparation
  • Take A Non Stick Kadai
  • add Oil, Onins, Ginger, Garlic and Fry For 2 Minutes
  • Add 2 Small Pieces of Tomatoes
  • Grind the Above mixture like a Paste and the Masala Paste Ready
Marinating the Chicken
  • Take another Non Stick Kadai 
  • add Chicken and Fry ( if It gets Sticky Add Small Qty of Oil)
  • and Fry for 5 Mints 
  • Add 2 T Spns Garam Masala Powder 
  • Add Salt for Taste
  • Add Water and Cook Until Half Boiled
Preparation of Capcicum Tomato Chicken
  • Take the Pan 
  • add Oil, Cinnamon sticks & Cloves for 3 Minutes
  • add onions and Fry Until Gold Color
  • add Chopped Capsicum and Fry for 8 Minutes
  • Add the Tomato Masala Paste and add Salt
  • Now Add the Chicken and Fry for 10 to 15 Minutes
  • that's it Our Tasty Capcicum Masala Chicken is ready to serve
