Ingredients:
Moongdal-2 cups,some Water.
Butter-1Cup,
Redchily powder-2 spoons,
Salt tasty,
Oil-Deep fry,
Sev Making Machine.
Method/Preparation:
- Take Moongdal and soaked for 2 hours.
- Grindwell the Moongdal and make fine paste.
- Add butter and mix well with spoon.
- Add salt and Red chilly powder and add some water and make Smooth Batter.
- Take a pan Add Oil for deep fry and Fill Moong dal batter in Sev making Machine.
- Take long spoon and Backside of the spoon place Moong dal rounds and place in heat oil.
- Cook for 5 mints until they cooked.
- Garnish with fried Curry leaves and eat it.
