Ivy Guard Chutney (Dondakai Roti pachchadi) పచ్చడి


Ingredients:

Ivy guards-2 cups,
Green chilly-10,
Mustered seeds-1 spoons,
Cumin-1 spoon,
Red chillies-2,
Curry leaves-6,
Oil-4 spoons,
Salt-Tasty,
Garli-2.
Tamarind-pinch.
Ghee-1 spoon.

Method:

  • Cut Ivyguards in to small pieces and fry well in oiland kept a side.
  • In that oil fry Green chillies and kept a side.
  • Take Mixie and Add Fried ivyguard pieces and Green chilly and pinch of tamarind ,salt and grind well.
  • Take Pan and add 1 spoon oil and 1 spoon Ghee ,Crackle mustered and fry cumin and garlic,redchilly and curry leaves.
  • Add this tampering in to Grinded Pickle and mix well .
  • Eat with hot Rice.
