How to Make Garlic Chutney (Andhra Style)
Ingredients:
Garlic -30 Cloves,Red chilly powder-1 spoon
Salt-tasty,
Oil-2 spoons,
Dry Coconut Grated-4 Table spoons.
Method:
- Remove the Coverings of Garlic and kept a side,
- Take a Pan and add oil and heat it.
- Add garlic and coconut grated and fry on low flame till color changes.
- Allow to cool and take in to a mixie jar and add redchilly powder and salt and grind them in to powder,
- Don't add water it is like a powdery pickle.
- Eat with hot rice and ghee and can be used as Bread spread and side dish with Dosa and Idly.
