How to Make Garlic Chutney (Andhra Style)

 

Ingredients:

Garlic -30 Cloves,
Red chilly powder-1 spoon
Salt-tasty,

Oil-2 spoons,
Dry Coconut Grated-4 Table spoons.

Method:

  • Remove the Coverings of Garlic and kept a side,
  • Take a Pan and add oil and heat it.
  • Add garlic and coconut grated and fry on low flame till color changes.
  • Allow to cool and take in to a mixie jar and add redchilly powder and salt and grind them in to powder,
  • Don't add water it is like a powdery pickle.
  • Eat with hot rice and ghee and can be used as Bread spread and side dish with Dosa and Idly.
