Andhra Nalla Karam
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves – 50 Grams
Dry Red Chilli – 50 Grams
Tamarind – Big Lemon Size
Curry Leaves – 2 Bunches
Fenugreek Seeds – Pinch
Garlic Pods – 4 Nos
Cumin – 1 T Spoon
Salt – Tasty
Oil – 1 Tb Spoon
Preparation:
Turn on
the stove, place the kadai and heat, add oil, after heating the oil, and add
cumin and fenugreek seeds fry for 1 minute.
After 1
minute add dry red chillies, curry leaves then fry for 2 minutes, Add Coriander
Seeds fry for 5 minutes then add garlic pods (Now you can smell the nice aroma)
and then let it cool
Take a
mixer jar add the above mixture, tamarind, salt and grind like a powder shown
in the title pictures.
That is
it your tasty and traditional Andhra Nallakaram is ready to eat with rice or with
morning breakfast like idli, dosa etc..
