Brinjal Pakoda curry
Ingredients:
- · Brinjal’s : ¼ Kg
- · Pakoda : ¼ Kg
- · Cilantro : 3 bunches
- · Onion : 1 No
- · Tomato: 1 No
- · Green Chilli : 2 Nos
- · Ginger garlic paste : 1 T spoon
- · Red Chilli Powder: 2 T Spoons
- · Turmeric: Pinch
- · Salt : tasty
- · Curry Leaves: 2 Bunches
- · Cumin power :1 t spoon
- · Coriander power :1 T spoon
- · Garam masala: 1 T spoon
· Oil : 2 T Spoons
Method:
- · Cut Brinjal in to slices and soak in a salt water
- · Make ready pakoda
- · Cut pakoda in to pieces (required size)
- · Place the Kadai and heat oil
- · Add Onions fry for 2 minutes
- · Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 Min
- · Add soaked brinjals pieces and immediately add salt to avoid de colourisation
- · Close the lid and saute for 5 minuted
- · Add tomato fru for 2 Minutes
- · Add turmeric powder and saute for 5 minutes
- · Add red chilli powder coriander powder and mix well
- · Add pakoda pieces mix well and saute for 5 minutes
- · Add water for gracy purpose and cook for 5 minutes on Low flame
- · Add cilantro and serve hot with rice.
