The White Radish Bhurji (Mullangi Bhurji)


Radish Bhurji

Ingredients:


  • Chopped White Radish (Mullangi) - 1/4 Kg
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 Tb Spn
  • Onions Chopped : 1 No Big
  • Coriander Powder: 2 T Spns
  • Zeera: 1/2 T Spn
  • Mustard Seeds: 1/2 T Spns
  • Turmeric Power: 1 Pinch
  • Oil: 1/2 Tb Spn
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 T Spn
  • Coriander Leaves: Few
Preparation

  • Turn on the stove and Place the Kadai on the burner
  • Pour the 1/2 Tb spn Oil into the kadai
  • add Mustard seeds and crackle 
  • add zeera and heat for 1 Min on Low Flame
  • add Chopped Onions and fry for 2 to 3 Mints
  • add Ginger garlic Paste and mix Well
  • add Chopped Radish Pieces and fry for 2 to 3 Minutes
  • add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder and Mix Well


  • after a few Minutes Our Radish Bhurji Ready to Serve
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves 
  • That's it our Quick Radish Bhurji Ready to Eat
