Ingredients

  • Fresh Brinjals : 1/4 Kg (Purple Colour)
  • Sun Flower Oil : 2 Tb Spns
  • Onions: 1 No
  • Green Chillies : 3 Nos Long
  • White poppy Seeds : 1Tb Spn
  • Cumin Seeds : 1/2 T Spn
  • Curry Leaves: Few
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 T Spn
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 T Spn
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 T Spn
  • Coriander Power : 1 T Spn
  • Cumin Powder: 1/4 T Spn
  • Methi Fried: Pinch
Preparation / Method
  • Cut the Brinjal in to Small Pieces
  • Place the Kadai on the stove and add 1/2 Tb Oil and check the heat then add Brinjals roast them till colour changes to Brown and remove keep aside
  • Now add Green Chillies and Onions and Saute for 4 Mints on the Low Flame
  • Now take the Fried Green Chillies & Onions and grind in to a paste
  • Now add the Oil to the Kadai and add Cumin seeds, when they breaks add curry leaves and onion paste fry for 3 Minutes
  • Now Add, turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Methi Powder, Cumin Powder & water and salt Boil for 2 Minutes

  • Add the Roasted Brinjals, and wait all the water thickens 
  • That's it You tasty Brinjal Masala Ready to serve Hot
