Brinjal Pakoda curry


Ingredients:
  • ·         Brinjal’s : ¼ Kg
  • ·         Pakoda : ¼ Kg
  • ·         Cilantro : 3 bunches
  • ·         Onion : 1 No
  • ·         Tomato: 1 No
  • ·         Green Chilli : 2 Nos
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste : 1 T spoon
  • ·         Red Chilli Powder: 2 T Spoons
  • ·         Turmeric: Pinch
  • ·         Salt : tasty
  • ·         Curry Leaves: 2 Bunches
  • ·         Cumin power :1 t spoon
  • ·         Coriander power :1 T spoon
  • ·         Garam masala:  1 T spoon

·         Oil : 2 T Spoons
Method:
  • ·         Cut Brinjal in to slices and soak in a salt water
  • ·         Make ready pakoda
  • ·         Cut pakoda in to pieces (required size)
  • ·         Place the Kadai and heat oil
  • ·         Add Onions fry for 2 minutes
  • ·         Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 Min
  • ·         Add soaked brinjals pieces and immediately add salt to avoid de colourisation
  • ·         Close the lid and saute for 5 minuted
  • ·         Add tomato fru for 2 Minutes
  • ·         Add turmeric powder and saute for 5 minutes
  • ·         Add red chilli powder coriander powder and mix well
  • ·         Add pakoda pieces mix well and saute for 5 minutes
  • ·         Add water for gracy purpose and cook for 5 minutes on Low flame
  • ·         Add cilantro and serve hot with rice.
