Chicken Thigh Tandoori Restaurant Style

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs : 2 Nos
  • Red Chilli Powder: 2 T Spns
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 T Spn
  • Garam Masala Powder: 2 T Spns
  • Lemon: 2 Halfs
  • Salty : Tasty
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tb Spn
  • Coriander Leaves : 2 bunches
  • Curry Leaves: 1 Bunch
  • Orange Red Color: Pinch
  • Oil : 2 T Spns

Preparation/Method
  • Clean the Chicken Thighs with Salt water Twice to remove all the waste materials
  • Make Cut on the skin deeply 
  • Now Mix all the Masalas mentioned and mix with Lemon Juice and mix well
  • Apply the Masala Paste to the Thighs in the area where we have provided the cuts 
  • Now apply the Lemon Juice all over the thighs
  • Now the Sliced Coriander Leaves place on the pieces
  • Marinate the Masala Applied Thighs for 2 Hours
  • Now Place the Kadai on the Gas Stove 
  • Place the Marinated Chicken Thighs in to the Pan 
  • Add 250 ml of Masala Water to the Pieces
  • Now Cook on the medium Flame for 20 Minutes
  • In between turn the Thighs to cook on the other sides also
  • Cook until the whole water evaporates
  • Now place a Non Stick Pan and Pour the Oil
  • and fry for 10 to 15 minutes
  • that's it Tasty Tandoori
