Potato  chicken;

Ingredients;
1 cup-boiled potatoes or raw potatoes sliced longitudinally,
1-cup onion sliced,
2 green chillies sliced,
1 tamato sliced,
7 or 8 cushew nuts,
2-tasp garam masala ,
salt to taste.
2-tsp chilly powder,
4-tsp oil.
1-cup of chicken

Preparation:

1.Heat oil in a pan and add onion cook in low flame when they get sauté add chillies and potato pieces.and close the lid.

2.after that add chilly powder and salt and masala powder and  close the lid for 2 minutes.

3.then add chicken and allow to cook till the chicken is done in the middle add some tomatoes and cashew nuts  in them and close the lid for 5 minutes.If required add some water to the gravey.

4.Till the flavour is comes out from the pan after that garnish with coriander leaves.

5.Then taste it with rice,roti,chapathi.

Dry fruit bullets;

Ingredints;

bread slices-6,
1-cup-badam slices,
cashew nuts-1 cup ,
kismis--1 cup,
dry dates crushed -1 cup,
2 sp-ghee,
water knead,
pista-1 cup,oil for deep fry,
paper napkins.

Method;

1.fry cashew nuts and kismis ,pista  and badam and grind like small pieces ,

2.Add remaining  dry friuts and crush with 1 round and ,kept a side.

3.Roll like laddus and kept a side.

4.Cut the 4 sides of bread pieces and immerse in water and squeezed with hands and kept the dry fruit laddu at the middle and close the 4  ends.

5.Roll like bullet and kept a side.

6.Heat oil in a pan fry all the bullets until brown color  and take them in to paper napkin plate.

7.Serve hot with some badam slices.

Karjuram ground nut laddu;or Dates laddu

Ingredinets;

3-cups dates with out seeeds,
2 cups -ground nuts,
1/2  cup badam  sliced ,

Method--

1.take fresh dates with out seeds and crushed them in to small pieces and kept a side.
2.take ground nuts and fry in a dry pan and peel off and kept a side.
3.mix ground nuts and dates pieces and grind well in mixy .

4.Add badam slices and roll like laddu .

5.It was very delicious dish for all ,try this recipe .





6.It will be fresh till 10 days ,so you can preserve in a jar.

Green Chutney (Pudina Chutney)

Green chutney;(pudina chutney)

Ingredients;


mint (pudina leaves)-2 cups,
4-grren chilly ,,
pinch tamarind,
1 sp muster,
2 garlic cloves,
1 sp - cumin,
2 red chillies
,1 sp oil ,
salt

Method;

1.Fry green chillies and cleana the mint leaves.

2.Mix green chilly and mint leaves and grind well in mixy .

3.add salt and pinch of tamarind and water grind well.

4.Take a pan and heat 1 sp oil and crackale the mustered and add all popu   ingredinets and fry for 1 min
..
5.Serve with idly and dosa and other tiffins ,

Ingredients


Drumstick pieces-1 cup ,

brinjal  pieces -1 cup ,
1-onion,1 tomato ,
2 green chill,
1 sp red chilly powder,
salt
¼ sp turmeric powder ,
1 sp – tamarind juice .
curry leaves.

Method;

1.Take a pan and add oil fry onion and green chilly  and sauté them for 2 mins .

2.Add drumstick  pieces and  sauté for 2 mins.

3.Add  brinjal and tomato and add some salt to avoid the changing the color of brinjal, close the lid and sauté them for 5 mins.

5.Add  red chilly and turmeric and salt and add some water  and add tamarind juice  (if you want ).

6.Allow to cook for 5 mins and garnish with coriander .
