Ingredeints;

  • Puffed rice-1 cup
  • Chopped cucumber-2 Tb spoons
  • Onion- Chopped -2 Tb spoons
  • Greenchilli-1 Chopped
  • Tomato-2
  • Tamarind paste-2 T spoons
  • Ginger garlic chopped pieces-2 T spoons
  • Pepper powder-pinch
  • Salt-1/2 T spoon
  • Cilantro-5 bunches
  • Corn flakes-2 Tb spoons
  • lemon-1/2


Method

  1. Take a Bowl and Add Puffed rice and add all chopped ingredients and add pepper powder and salt and Tamarind paste and mix well.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add corn flakes and mix well and serve as Evening snack.
