Ingredients:
Gongura-1

Method:
- Roast Ground nuts in a pan and allow to cool,heat oil in the same Pan and fry Gongura leaves,and kept a side.
- Add onions and green chillies for few minutes and allow to cool.
- Grind tamarind,Ground nuts,fried gongura leaves,onions,green chillies in rolu with some salt.
- Haet the oil in a pan and add Mustured seeds,chena dal,urad dal and red chillies and add grinded pickle with curry leaves.
- Yumy Ground nut gongura pickle is ready to taste with rice.
Gongura Pickle / Ambade ka achar is one of my favorite pickles. Especially the pickle made in Andhra style has an everlasting taste. Thank you for showing the delicious recipe. I will definitely try this weekend.
