How to Cook Mutton Gravy Curry


Ingredients :-

Mutton-1 kg
Onion-3
Green chilly-4
Garam masala powder -2 spoons,
Ginger garlic paste -3 spoons,
Coriander leaves -handful,
Raw red chilly powder -3 spoons,
Turmeric powder -1 spoon
Salt-Rock salt-Tasty,
Oil-3 spoons,
Cashew nuts-100 grms,
Water-250 ml

Method:

  1. Wash the Mutton and kept a side.
  2. Take Cooker (In Cooker Cooking Gives Smooth & Tasty & Quick) add oil and add onion green chilly pieces and saute them.
  3. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry till  Raw flavor goes.
  4. Add  Squeezed mutton and stir and cook for 5 mints.
  5. Add Turmeric powder,Red chilly powder,salt and stir well and cook till water Absorbs.
  6. Add 250 ml  water and Close the Lid and Cook till 3 wissles and allow to cool.
  7. Open the Lid and Add coriander and garam masala powder and Stir and cook 3 mints or Till Aroma Comes.
  8. Serve hot with Rice,pulihora (Tiger Rice),Roti,Chapathi,Biryani.
