Ingredients :-
Mutton-1 kg
Onion-3
Green chilly-4
Garam masala powder -2 spoons,
Ginger garlic paste -3 spoons,
Coriander leaves -handful,
Raw red chilly powder -3 spoons,
Turmeric powder -1 spoon
Salt-Rock salt-Tasty,
Oil-3 spoons,
Cashew nuts-100 grms,
Water-250 ml
Method:
- Wash the Mutton and kept a side.
- Take Cooker (In Cooker Cooking Gives Smooth & Tasty & Quick) add oil and add onion green chilly pieces and saute them.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and fry till Raw flavor goes.
- Add Squeezed mutton and stir and cook for 5 mints.
- Add Turmeric powder,Red chilly powder,salt and stir well and cook till water Absorbs.
- Add 250 ml water and Close the Lid and Cook till 3 wissles and allow to cool.
- Open the Lid and Add coriander and garam masala powder and Stir and cook 3 mints or Till Aroma Comes.
- Serve hot with Rice,pulihora (Tiger Rice),Roti,Chapathi,Biryani.
