How to Make Dondakai Dry Prawns Curry |
Ingredients
- Dondakayalu - 2 cups small pieces.
- Onions-1 .
- Dry Prawns-1 cup.
- Green chillies--3 ,oil .
- Tomatoes -2
- Red chilly powder-2 sp.
- Salt tasty
Method:
- Clean and wash the dry prawns and rinse water and kept dry for 5 Mints.
- Take a pan and add oil and fry dry prawns and fry for 2 Mints and take out of kadai and kept a side.
- Add onions and green chilly and saute for 3 mins.
- Add dondakai pieces and close the lid and saute for 6 mins.
- Add tomato pieces and close the lid for 5 mins.
- Add red chilly powder and salt and add fried prawns and cook for 2 mins .
- Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 mins.
- Add curry leaves and coriander and cook till gravy comes out.
- Very tasty curry is ready.
